Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/networking experience. CCNA/CCNP, Network+, wireless, ITIL, or relevant vendor certifications preferred.Key Skills: LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing & switching, TCP/IP, routers, switches, wireless controllers/APs, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, load balancers, basic firewalls, network monitoring, troubleshooting, change management, network documentation, and healthcare/high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; monitor capacity, latency, availability, utilization, segmentation, and resiliency; support incidents, changes, upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and major events; maintain network diagrams, configurations, standards, and SOPs; and collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, application, and vendor teams.
