Metrics aren’t just reports — they drive how we operate.The RoleAMZ Prep is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, 3PL Multiple Sites, you need to know data and feel comfortable, to own the performance, growth, and reliability of our partner warehouse and freight network. You’ll oversee 20+ partner facilities, carrier relationships, freight operations, network performance, and strategic expansion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to hold partners accountable, use data to drive decisions, and build scalable operating standards.What You’ll OwnWarehouse Network: Manage performance across 20+ partner facilities, ensuring speed, accuracy, SLA compliance, and operational consistency.Freight & Transportation: Lead domestic trucking, Amazon inbound, international freight, middle-mile operations, and carrier performance.Network Expansion: Source, evaluate, onboard, and develop warehouse and freight partners as capacity and coverage needs evolve.Performance & Profitability: Own OTIF, SLA, throughput, accuracy, cost per order, and GP across the network.Carrier Management: Build carrier relationships, review performance, negotiate opportunities, and drive improvements in cost, speed, and reliability.Continuous Improvement: Build SOPs, scorecards, MBR/QBR processes, and scalable workflows that improve network performance.Technology & Reporting: Partner with Technology and Finance to improve dashboards, automation, reporting, and operational visibility.Team Leadership: Manage the Dispatch Manager and build the freight function as the network grows.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Procurement, and Technology to ensure the network can scale with the business.What Success Looks LikeHigher on-time fulfillment and SLA performanceFaster inbound/check-in and warehouse throughputStronger carrier and partner accountabilityImproved network margins and cost efficiencyConsistent operating standards across facilitiesA scalable warehouse and freight network that supports continued growthWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, freight, or 3PLExperience managing multiple warehouses, 3PL partners, carriers, or vendorsStrong understanding of warehouse and freight operationsExperience with carrier performance, transportation strategy, and freight complianceComfortable working with operational data, KPIs, and financial metricsExperience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or reporting systemsStrong ability to drive accountability and resolve operational issuesProcess improvement and SOP development experienceComfortable with Excel and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BIWillingness to travel to partner facilities when requiredAble to work hybrid from our Mississauga office 3 days per weekThis role pays 70-100k
