Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC Engineer) - Riyadh KSA

Role:Coordinate day-to-day NOC operations on the client side.Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining service quality.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate incident escalations with internal teams and vendors.Monitor critical incidents and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution activities across technical teams.Track incident progress and ensure compliance with SLAs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in System Administration, Or NOC operation.Strong knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ITIL practices and network monitoring tools is preferred.Any Nationality is welcome.
