We are looking for a Network Security & Cybersecurity Team Lead to lead Network SMEs and vendors while managing hands-on cybersecurity operations. The role will focus on DLP, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, firewall/VPN, vulnerability management, cloud security, and security governance.Job Tittle: Network Security & Cybersecurity Team Lead
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEType: Yearly renewable role Experience: 10+ years IT, with 5+ years in Network security and CybersecurityKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee Network Security teams and vendors.Manage DLP policies, events and data protection controls.Administer email security gateways, proxy, EDR and endpoint security.Manage firewalls, VPNs and network security.Conduct threat hunting and collaborate with the SOC on SIEM/SOAR use cases.Manage vulnerability assessments using Qualys, Tenable or similar tools.Secure Azure cloud environments and conduct security architecture reviews.Perform security impact assessments and support IT projects.Ensure compliance with AECB policies, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF and ISO 27001.Maintain security documentation, dashboards, KPIs/KRIs and audit requirements.Troubleshoot security/network issues and perform root cause analysis.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field.Proven team leadership and vendor management experience.Strong experience in Firewall, DLP, SIEM, EDR and Network Security.5+ years’ experience with Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight or LogRhythm.Experience with Qualys, Tenable or equivalent VA tools.Knowledge of Azure Cloud Security, Enterprise Security Architecture and ITIL/ITSM.Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS, NIST CSF and ISO 27001.CISSP / AZ-500 is preferred.Banking, Financial ServicesIf you are interested send your cv to rahul.rai@linnk.com
