This is a customer-facing position supporting enterprise and manufacturing clients onsite with network infrastructure installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.What You'll Be Doing:Travel to customer sites to support network infrastructure projectsPerform rack & stack, patching, and structured cabling workWork within network closets and data room environmentsTroubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issuesSupport moves, adds, changes, and installations of network equipmentUtilize ticketing systems to document incidents and resolutionsBuild strong relationships with customers and provide excellent serviceMust-Haves:3+ years of hands-on network support experienceCCNA certificationExperience with structured cabling, patch panels, switches, and routersComfortable working onsite at customer locations and manufacturing facilitiesStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travelNice-to-Haves:Experience supporting industrial/manufacturing environmentsCompleted or active pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technology related fielExperience with rack & stack deployments and network closet managementIf you're looking for a role that gets you out from behind a desk and into the field working directly with customers and enterprise networking technology, apply today.
