Network Support Engineer

We are seeking experienced Network Support Engineers (L1 & L3) to provide onsite network support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, end-user support, and field IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Troubleshooting & Support• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, device failures, and cabling issues.• Respond to incidents and resolve network-related issues within SLA.• Escalate complex issues to the L3 support team when required.• Collaborate with remote teams for advanced troubleshooting.• Replace or repair routers, switches, printers, and networking hardware.• Provide onsite and remote support to end users.• Install software and provision IT hardware.• Support AV equipment setup and video conferencing.• Maintain IT hardware and software asset records.
