Network Technician

Ocean County based IT Managed Service Provider. We’re looking for a dependable, knowledgeable Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving technical problems, working with people, and keeping network systems running smoothly. ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and network performance issuesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless networks, and related equipmentPerform network monitoring and routine maintenanceTroubleshoot computers, servers, printers, cabling, and other network-connected devicesAssist with network upgrades, installations, and projectsProvide friendly and professional technical support to usersMaintain accurate documentation of network equipment and configurationsProvide support to clients both remotely and onsite QualificationsPrevious experience in network or IT support preferredKnowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and basic network securityExperience with routers, switches, wireless networks, and network troubleshootingStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license requiredCertifications are a plusExperience with Cisco, Sonicwall, Datto or Connectwise a plus What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience ($50,000.00 - $75,000.00)Full-time employmentMedical, dental, vision and LTC insurance coverageCompany paid Life InsuranceSimple IRA with company match after 1 yearPaid vacation and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementTraining and professional developmentA supportive team environmentIf you’re a motivated network technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping technology running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief description of your experience including salary requirements to hr@targtech.com
