Its vision is to be a regional leader in healthcare disciplines while serving the best interests and well-being of clients.Role Description The Neurologist role is a full-time/part-time, on-site position based at American Wellness Center in Dubai Healthcare City. The Neurologist will provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care, including evaluating patients, taking detailed histories, performing neurological examinations, and developing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurological conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests such as EEGs, coordinating care with other medical and therapeutic disciplines, and maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation. The Neurologist will participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, contribute to patient education and counseling, and support the clinic’s mission by using evidence-based practices and delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Engagement in quality improvement, adherence to regulatory standards, and participation in clinical meetings and educational activities are also expected.QualificationsStrong clinical expertise in Medicine and Neurology, with the ability to manage diverse adult and pediatric neurological conditions.Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Epilepsy, including experience with seizure management and long-term follow-up.Experience in evaluating and managing Movement Disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease, tremors, and dystonia.Ability to perform and interpret EEG studies as part of comprehensive neurological assessment.Medical degree (MD or equivalent), completed neurology residency, and appropriate board certification/eligibility in Neurology.Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in the UAE, preferably with prior experience in international or multicultural clinical settings.Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.Strong organizational and documentation skills, with comfort using electronic medical records and adhering to quality and safety standards.Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset in a multilingual environment.
