Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Neurology role based in Kalba Hospital. The Neurology professional will provide comprehensive neurological assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of acute and chronic neurological conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. The role involves collaborating closely with other medical and allied health professionals, contributing to clinical protocols, and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Neurology professional may also engage in patient and family education, support preventative care strategies, and contribute to clinical research or teaching activities aligned with Magenta Health’s innovation-focused mission.QualificationsClinical neurology expertise, including comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of diverse neurological disorders.Proficiency in interpreting neurodiagnostic tests (e.g., EEG, EMG, neuroimaging) and integrating findings into patient care plans.Strong skills in patient-centered communication, counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a complex healthcare environment.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to clinical governance and ethical standards.Recognized medical degree and specialization in Neurology; board certification or equivalent, with eligibility for licensure in the United Arab Emirates.Experience working in hospital or specialized clinic settings; prior exposure to advanced technologies or innovative care models is beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team, with strong organizational skills and resilience in a high-demand clinical setting.Interest in contributing to research, teaching, or service development initiatives that support Magenta Health’s strategic growth.
