The company is committed to objective, results-driven programs that create sustainable behavior change in the workplace.Role Description The Neuroscience Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Reading Area. In this position, you will apply neuroscience and related health disciplines to design and deliver science-based solutions to clients. You will translate complex neuroscientific concepts into practiacally applied solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing evidence-based program materials, gramt applications, science translation and communication, clinical trial design and protocol development (under physician’s supervision). You will refine methodologies, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve the effectiveness of interventions. The role may also involve participating in client meetings, supporting business development conversations with scientific insight, and contributing to new service offerings.Qualifications Strong foundation in brain and behavioral science, including Neuroscience or Neurology, with the ability to apply research to real-world performance and wellbeing challenges.MSc in related discipline and/or PhD in life-sciences required.Background or familiarity with clinical or health-related fields such as Psychiatry and Medicine, enabling a nuanced understanding of sleep, stress, and mental health considerations.Comfort working with clients and supporting Sales activities, including explaining scientific concepts to non-specialists and contributing to client pitches and presentations. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance for varied audiences.Experience designing or delivering workshops, trainings, or educational programs, preferably within corporate, healthcare, or high-performance business environments.Relevant academic background such as a degree in Neuroscience, or a related field; advanced degree or clinical experience is an advantage. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate scientific evidence and measure program outcomes.Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to work closely with a small, agile team in an on-site setting.Practical experiemce of working outside of academia highly desireable
