We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in the surgical management of disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system, providing advanced surgical care to patients with complex neurological conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and surgically manage disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous systemPerform neurosurgical procedures for brain tumors, spinal disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological conditionsEvaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plansManage emergency neurosurgical cases, including head injuries and spinal traumaProvide pre-operative assessments and post-operative careMonitor patient recovery and manage post-surgical complicationsCollaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, and other specialistsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and clinical careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery, or an equivalent recognized qualificationMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in cranial and spinal neurosurgical proceduresStrong surgical judgment, clinical decision-making, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
