New Business Development Manager

Role Description The Director role at eFox Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, operational performance, and the successful delivery of BPO services and digital business solutions across multiple client accounts. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, establish performance targets, and ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and service-level standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing key performance indicators, driving process improvements, managing client relationships, and coordinating with senior leadership on growth initiatives and resource planning. The Director will also contribute to budgeting, risk management, and the development of new service offerings that support the company’s mission and vision.QualificationsProven experience in senior leadership or director-level roles within BPO, outsourcing, or related service industries.Strong background in operations management, including performance monitoring, process optimization, and quality assurance.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and support business development efforts.Effective people leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.Solid understanding of financial management principles, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a data-driven approach.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executives and clients.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in operations or leadership are an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Cebu and collaborate across different time zones when required.
