New Product Development Coordinator

Position: Data Entry & New Product Development Coordinator Industry: Perfume Manufacturing Location: Dubai - UAEJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented UAE experienced Data Entry & New Product Development Coordinator with experience in shipping, finance, and coordination within the perfume industry. The candidate will work independently and support product development processes, handle accurate data entry, and coordinate between production, design, finance, and logistics..Key Responsibilities:Assist in new product development, including maintaining product specifications, costing sheets, and sample tracking.Enter and update data for new and existing products in ERP or internal systems.Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and product samples.Support the logistics team with shipping documents, airway bills, and export/import paperwork.Assist finance with product costing, purchase orders, and invoice entries.Liaise with production and QC teams to ensure accurate product data and smooth workflow.Maintain organized records for product launches, packaging artworks, and approvals.Prepare reports related to product status, shipments, and costing updates.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data across all departments.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the perfume industry or a related FMCG sector.Strong skills in data management, coordination, and communication.Knowledge of shipping and basic finance procedures.Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/accounting software.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under deadlines. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
