New Product Development Engineer

🚀 TTI | MILWAUKEE IS HIRING – NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER📍 Location: Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), Thu Duc City, HCMCAre you an engineer passionate about new product development, product design and engineering projects?TTI/Milwaukee is looking for an NPD Engineer to join our NPI team and contribute to bringing new power tool products from design to mass production.🔧 What You’ll Do- Follow up NPD projects from design through mass production release.- Conduct competitive benchmarking and feasibility studies.- Work with suppliers on component specifications, target cost and lead time.- Coordinate handmade samples, rapid prototyping and pilot runs.- Prepare 3D layouts, 3D part drawings, 2D detailed drawings, sub-assembly drawings and exploded views.- Perform dimensioning, tolerance calculations and apply GD&T.- Prepare engineering documentation including BOM, ECO and SER.- Follow up tooling, mold/die debugging and evaluate new parts against drawings.- Coordinate with PMC and Purchasing for EB and pilot runs.- Follow up reliability and safety testing with QA laboratories.- Maintain updated product documentation and support continuous product improvement.🎯 What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or a related discipline.- 2+ years of relevant engineering/project follow-up experience.- Experience in power tools is an advantage.- Knowledge of plastic molding and metal operations.- Experience with gearbox systems and motor structures is a plus.- Good knowledge of 2D/3D CAD; experience with UG or Pro/E is preferred.- Familiarity with safety standards/approvals such as UL, CSA, CE, BS or SAA is a plus.- Good English communication skills.- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and ownership mindset.- Proactive, responsible and willing to work in a fast-paced engineering environment.🎁 Why Join TTI?- Competitive salary with 100% salary during probation- 13th-month salary- Telephone allowance- 15 days annual leave/year- Annual salary review- 24/7 accident insurance- PVI healthcare insurance- Shuttle bus- Training & development opportunities through internal/external programs📩 Interested in this opportunity?
