New Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:Spearhead robust formulation development and process optimization for new and existing generic products. Drive seamless technology transfer and scale-up of new SKUs from lab to commercial production. Establish ICH Q8-aligned QbD protocols and evaluate CPPs, CMAs, and CQAs to meet the QTPP. Lead execution of development, stability, and scale-up batches ensuring full data integrity and regulatory readiness. Identify and develop alternate sources of APIs/excipients to strengthen supply chain resilience. Enforce strict HSE/GMP compliance and champion Lean initiatives to minimize waste and maintain organized workspaces.Requirements: D- Pharm degree (Advanced degree preferred) • Minimum 06 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
