The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process for New Zealand institutions, including assessing eligibility, explaining course options, and clarifying admission requirements. The Admission Officer will manage applications, verify documentation, coordinate with education providers, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via email and phone, providing timely updates on application status, and supporting students with pre-departure information. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues to meet admission targets, participation in promotional events or seminars, and adherence to institutional and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, understand student needs, and maintain professional relationships.Candidates should possess International Admissions expertise, including familiarity with New Zealand education systems, visa processes, and institutional requirements.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear guidance and accurate information to students and partners.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and respectful manner.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education pathways, academic requirements, and program structures relevant to New Zealand study options.Relevant experience in student counseling, admissions, or education consulting is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or student management systems, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Fluency in English and local languages, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and meet deadlines.
