Nhân Viên Nghiên Cứu Phát Triển Sản Phẩm (Research and Development Specialist) - R&D

Reporting to the Research and Development Manager (R&D Manager), the position is responsible for:Developing new products (export) as assigned.Updating research data, new product development documentation, and product‑related knowledge.Collaborating with the Quality Management Department and factories to resolve product quality issues when required.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct research for new products, plan and execute development activities as assigned by the R&D Manager.Research new ingredients and outsourcing partners; propose suitable materials or outsourced manufacturers that meet product development requirements and regulatory compliance. Evaluate newly selected suppliers.Study relevant standards and regulations for new products under development.Conduct product research including formulation, trial implementation, sensory evaluation, and monitoring of retained samples.Calculate the cost of semi‑finished goods for new or improved products.Develop complete production processes for new products, including machinery and equipment specifications.Coordinate and follow up with factories and relevant departments on trials and implementation of new products.Provide recommendations and advice to the R&D Manager on matters related to assigned products.Develop and adjust semi‑finished product formulations for transfer to the Product Management Department for ERP issuance.Prepare technical specifications for new ingredients, physico‑chemical criteria for semi‑finished/finished products, and technological processes for issuance by the Product Management Department.Prepare Product Data Sheets for export products for quotation and sales purposes.Prepare information for internal product standards (TCCS) to support product declaration procedures.Provide information to Marketing and International Business Departments regarding product benefits, quality attributes, and new product sample offerings.Prepare product labeling information in compliance with national labeling regulations and transfer to Marketing/International Business Departments.Monitor industry and market trends, explore new technologies, and propose ideas for product improvement, modification, and development.Participate in resolving product quality issues by adjusting formulations, modifying production processes, or identifying and correcting non‑conformities.Perform other tasks as assigned by the R&D Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & MajorBachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related fields.ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in product research at R&D centers or companies producing dairy, beverages, or food products.Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge of processing technology, characteristics, and packaging of dairy, food, and beverage products.Understanding of food/beverage production processes.Knowledge of principles and methods of physico‑chemical analysis for food and beverages.Understanding of Quality Management Systems.Awareness of domestic and international market trends in dairy and related products.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to read and understand English technical documents.Good communication skills.Good time management skills.Other RequirementsAbility to work under high pressure.Independent thinking.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.*** Please note that only qualified profiles will receive a reply and be contacted for an interview due to the large number of applications Vinamilk receives.
