Join EWAA Hotels to contribute to achieving its vision and mission of excellence and community service.Role Summary Responsible for managing the hotel’s overnight Front Office and Night Audit operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily revenues, guest accounts, and financial transactions. The role requires strong knowledge of Opera PMS, hotel accounting, and Front Office procedures, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, security, and guest service throughout the night shift. Key Responsibilities Perform the daily night audit and ensure all hotel transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Reconcile daily room revenue, payments, guest accounts, and other financial transactions. Review and verify Front Office and POS transactions. Prepare daily revenue, financial, and operational reports. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial and operational records. Handle overnight guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries professionally. Coordinate with Front Office, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations. Ensure compliance with hotel accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and ensure a proper handover to the morning team. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Night Auditor in the hotel/hospitality industry. Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS. Experience in night audit procedures, daily revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting. Good understanding of hotel accounting and Front Office operations. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift. Hotel experience is mandatory.
