Luxury Residential, Central London £36,500 | 4 on 4 off | 19:00–07:00We are looking for an experienced and polished Night Receptionist to join the team at a prestigious residential development in the heart of Central London, moments from Covent GardenThis is a front-of-house night role where you will be the sole guardian of the building and the key point of contact for residents during overnight hours. You will deliver a seamless, highly personalised concierge service that reflects the exceptional standards expected by HNWI residents in a luxury setting.Responsibilities include:Meeting and greeting residents and authorised visitors, managing access and maintaining accurate visitor logsReceiving and processing resident deliveries with appropriate notificationsKey management and maintaining accurate recordsResponding to resident enquiries and requests via in-person interaction and resident appManaging amenity space bookings and supporting move-in/move-out processesProviding local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transport assistanceConducting thorough handovers to ensure seamless service continuityThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in luxury residential (night shifts) OR overnight experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment — this is essentialAn immaculate, professional presentation and excellent communication skillsA proactive, service-led mindset with genuine care for resident experienceStrong organisational ability and attention to detailConfidence managing security responsibilities and working independently overnightA calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solvingThis is a fantastic opportunity for a night receptionist professional who takes pride in delivering a discreet, intuitive, and exceptional standard of service in a prime setting.
