Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: Minimum 5 YearsJob Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Nintex K2 Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) and Digital Process Automation (DPA) solutions.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in the Nintex K2 platform, workflow automation, digital forms, and enterprise system integrations.The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing business processes, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of automated workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain business process automation solutions using Nintex K2Develop and maintain K2 workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, business rules, and approval processesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and workflow designsBuild automated business processes, including approvals, notifications, escalations, and exception handlingIntegrate K2 solutions with enterprise applications, databases, SharePoint, and external systemsDevelop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and SQL ServerCustomize K2 applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies where requiredTroubleshoot workflow failures, resolve production issues, and optimize application performanceSupport solution deployment, testing, documentation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenanceCollaborate with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and other technical teamsEnsure solutions meet business, security, performance, and scalability requirementsRecommend improvements to existing workflows and automation processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant professional development experienceProven hands-on experience with the Nintex K2 platform, such as K2 Five, K2 Cloud, or K2 blackpearlStrong experience in BPM, workflow development, and digital process automationPractical experience with K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow designStrong knowledge of SQL Server and database integrationExperience integrating applications through REST APIs and/or SOAP web servicesFamiliarity with SharePoint and Microsoft technologiesWorking knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for application customization and integrationStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with business stakeholders and convert functional requirements into technical solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience implementing BPM/DPA solutions in enterprise environmentsExperience maintaining or migrating legacy K2 applicationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Automate or other automation platformsRelevant Nintex/K2 certificationsExperience working in Agile development environmentsCore CompetenciesWorkflow design and process optimizationTechnical problem-solving and debuggingSystems integrationTechnical documentationStakeholder communication and collaborationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions on time
