NOC Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a NOC Analyst (L1) to monitor IT infrastructure and network environments, respond to alerts, create and update tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the appropriate technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor infrastructure, network, and system monitoring dashboards.Respond to alerts and identify potential service issues.Create, update, and manage incident and service tickets.Perform basic troubleshooting and initial investigation.Classify and prioritize incidents according to defined procedures.Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.Follow incident management and escalation procedures.Monitor system availability and performance.Maintain accurate incident and monitoring records.Prepare basic operational and incident reports.Support 24/7 NOC operations when required.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in NOC, network monitoring, technical support, or infrastructure operations.Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.Good troubleshooting and communication skills.ITIL Foundation or CompTIA Network+ is preferred.Monitoring-platform training or certification is an advantage.
