Job Description

1.Manage and supervise NOC operations, ensuring stable and efficient 24/7 network monitoring and operation.2.Supervise and evaluate the performance of the Network Operation & Maintenance team and ensure operational targets are achieved.3.Manage and maintain network operation documents, procedures, guidelines, and technical records.4.Coordinate and manage collaboration between Monitoring Team, Operation Team, Field Team, Help Desk, and other stakeholders.5.Manage shift operations and provide daily maintenance guidance and operational direction to the NOC team.6.Monitor the handling process of critical alarms and major incidents, and report status and progress to the MS PM and customer.7.Assign and coordinate fault handling activities based on initial analysis, ensuring appropriate resources and procedures are applied.8.Track, follow up, and expedite the trouble/fault resolution process to ensure timely recovery and SLA compliance.9.Collect, review, and archive fault reports, Trouble Tickets (TT), and network operation records.10.Monitor and manage NOC monitoring, detection, diagnosis, response, and recovery activities.11.Monitor the process of Subscriber-Initiated Fault Reporting and ensure proper escalation and resolution.12.Collect and review daily and weekly reports from TT Engineers, Network Monitoring Engineers, and Help Desk Engineers.13.Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly MS operation reports to customers and ZTE HQ on time.14.Manage and monitor the dispatching and direction of FLM (Field Operation) staff to ensure efficient field support.15.Establish and maintain NOC and Switch Room management, operational, and appraisal regulations.16.Conduct monthly performance evaluations for NOC team members and identify training and development needs.17.Share operational and troubleshooting experience with team members to improve overall technical capability.18.Report operational status, major incidents, risks, and performance to the MS Director.Job Requirement:1.Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2.Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications/network operation and maintenance, NOC, or related fields.3.At least 2–3 years of experience in NOC/team management, preferably in an MS (Managed Services) project.4.Strong understanding of network monitoring, alarm management, fault management, Trouble Ticket (TT) management, and incident escalation.5.Experience managing 24/7 NOC operations, shift teams, and field operation coordination.6.Familiar with wireless/mobile network operations and basic understanding of network elements, alarms, and troubleshooting processes.7.Strong experience in major incident management, fault escalation, RCA, and SLA/KPI management.8.Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams, including NOC, Monitoring, Operation, Field Maintenance, and Help Desk teams.9.Good experience in operation reporting, documentation management, and performance evaluation.10.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.11.Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to critical network incidents and emergencies.12.Good command of English; Mandarin is preferred for communication with ZTE HQ/Chinese stakeholders.13.Willing to support 24/7 operations and emergency response when required.
