NOC Team Lead

BettingJobs are hiring an NOC Team Manager for a fast-paced online casino company in Malta. This hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) is responsible for leading the NOC team, managing 24/7 production operations, and building robust incident management processes in a high-scale environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day NOC operations and team managementEnsure 24/7 monitoring, escalation, and incident responseImprove alerting, monitoring, and incident workflowsCollaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Support, Payments, Risk, and business teamsCommunicate incidents clearly and drive resolutionDevelop and document operational processes and runbooksRequirements:Experience managing NOC, Technical Support, Production Support, or Incident Management teamsProven track record in high-scale, 24/7 production environmentsStrong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logs, and escalation processesFamiliarity with tools like Grafana, Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, or similarTechnical acumen with complex systems, APIs, and infrastructureExcellent communication skills and experience working with distributed/offshore teamsCalm leadership and ownership during critical incidentsProficient in English (written and spoken)Preferred:Background in iGaming, fintech, payments, adtech, or other high-traffic online sectorsExperience working with teams in India or other global delivery centersFamiliarity with SLAs, SLOs, RCA, and incident management best practices
