Are you an experienced IT operations professional ready to lead a global 24x7 team?Our team at Auxis is actively looking for an Network Operations Center (OC) Lead based in Bogotá to steer our Network Operations Center. In this role, you will guide operations supporting our Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement across 60+ sites in the US, Canada, Brazil, Peru, and Paraguay.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a 24x7 NOC team across rotating shifts.Own the monitoring and alerting strategy for network devices, servers, and critical infrastructure.Manage end-to-end incident escalation, triage, and stakeholder communication.Ensure SLA compliance, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs such as MTTD and MTTE.What We’re Looking For:4+ years in a NOC or IT operations environment.2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.Proven experience managing 24x7 shift-based teams and schedules.Strong working knowledge of ITIL (incident, problem, and change management).If you are passionate about infrastructure operations and want to make a tangible impact, I'd love to see your application!
