NOC Team Leader

We are recruiting a NOC Team Leader for a government office located in JerusalemRESPONSIBILITIES:Managing and leading the NOC, including team and shift managementMonitoring and controlling systems and infrastructuresHandling incidents and malfunctions, including escalation processesWorking with Infrastructure, Communication, Cloud, DevOps, Information Security teams and suppliersManaging monitoring tools, tracking system availability and performance, and leading improvement, automation and optimization processesREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience managing a NOC and a technological monitoring and control center in a 24×7 environment, including team managementExperience managing malfunctions and incidents in Production environments, including escalation processes and working with multiple technological stakeholdersExperience in monitoring and controlling IT systems and infrastructures and using monitoring and alerting toolsKnowledge and experience in infrastructure and communication environments, including Windows/Linux, servers, Cloud, communications, Web, databases and communication services
