Working alongside fellow directors, successful candidates will help ensure that the School:Delivers positive outcomes for students.Maintains effective academic and corporate governance.Meets its regulatory obligations.Operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability.Continues to develop and grow in a rapidly evolving higher education environment.The Board operates in accordance with recognised higher education governance principles and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and public accountability.We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:Higher education leadership and governance.Legal, regulatory or compliance matters.Quality assurance and academic governance.Human resources and organisational development.Digital transformation, technology and cybersecurity.Commercial strategy and business development.Marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement.Student experience, equality, diversity and inclusion.Governance within regulated sectors.Estates management, facilities management, campus operations, property strategy, health and safety, sustainability, space utilisation, and capital development projects.Previous Board experience is welcome but not essential.
