Join a team where your expertise matters, your ideas are valued, and your work supports safe, reliable patient care.Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Non-Sterile Pharmacy Technician – Gummy Production to join Precision Medicine at our Boca Raton, FL location.This role focuses on non-sterile compounding, with an emphasis on gummy production, and plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, accuracy, and quality of customized medications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pharmacists in preparing and dispensing customized medicationsCompound non-sterile preparations, including gummies, creams, gels, suspensions, capsules, and troches, in compliance with USP and internal SOPsAccurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to ensure consistency and precisionPerform quality-control checks and ensure all compounds are properly labeled, packaged, and documentedMaintain accurate and organized batch records and compounding logsAssist with inventory management, including tracking, restocking, and documenting raw materialsCollaborate with pharmacists and team members to support timely and efficient productionPerform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory complianceRequired QualificationsMinimum of one year of experience as a Pharmacy TechnicianHands-on non-sterile compounding experience within a compounding pharmacy or production environmentActive registration with the Florida Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy TechnicianStrong understanding of pharmacy workflows and medical terminologyExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to consistently follow SOPs and regulatory guidelinesStrong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with USP standards and non-sterile compounding complianceKnowledge of multiple routes of administration, including topical, sublingual, and oralExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentExperience using pharmacy systems for labeling, tracking, and batch-record managementExperience with gummy production or similar dosage-form productionBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWhy Join UsAs part of Precision Medicine, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting transformation in the telemedicine landscape.
