📢 Now Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Mission-Driven NonprofitfirstPRO's is partnerned with a growing, internationally recognized nonprofit organization to identify an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on finance leader who wants to make a meaningful impact while partnering closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and Board to guide the organization’s financial strategy and continued growth.About the Opportunity:🌎 Mission-driven, globally connected nonprofit organization💰 Approximately $25M in annual revenue👥 Organization of approximately 55 employees🏡 Flexible work arrangement: fully remote or hybrid, with periodic travel to New Jersey🤝 Collaborative culture with a strong emphasis on work-life balance📈 Opportunity to strengthen financial operations, bring functions in-house, and support long-term organizational growthWhat We’re Looking For:Progressive nonprofit finance leadership experience in an organization of comparable size and complexityStrong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, risk management, and internal controlsExecutive presence and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to the Board, Finance Committee, and senior leadershipA collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a track record of developing teams and improving financial processesThe confidence to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and provide sound financial guidance to executive leadershipA CPA or CMA designation and experience within a membership-based or similarly mission-driven organization are strong pluses.📍 Location: Flexible; New Jersey-based candidates are preferred but not required. Candidates outside the area should be comfortable with quarterly travel to the office.
