NA BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & OPERATIONSLocation: Juárez, MX Preferred | Open to El Paso, TX & Milwaukee, WIPayroll: Open to MXN or USD payroll arrangementsJob SummaryOur client, a leading global manufacturing company, is seeking a North America Business Unit Manager to lead a multi-site business across the United States (2) and Mexico (1), reporting directly to the Vice President / General Manager (VPGM).This is a Director-level general management role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing commercial strategy, operations, engineering, sourcing, and organizational performance.With strong operational capabilities already in place, the next leader will shape the growth strategy, strengthen the customer and product portfolio, accelerate customer-backed innovation, improve profitability, and build the organization for its next phase.The ideal candidate combines commercial and strategic leadership with manufacturing experience and financial acumen. This opportunity is best suited for a curious, entrepreneurial, action-oriented leader who can identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, align teams, and translate strategy into measurable results.Juárez, Mexico is the preferred location. Candidates based in El Paso, Texas or Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be considered.
