Through their in-house Academy, all new employees receive paid training designed to prepare them for the role and develop valuable skills in communication, presentation, and player engagement.The roleAs a Player Engagement Specialist, you will be the face of the game and responsible for creating a professional, engaging, and entertaining experience for online players.Working from one of the company's live studios, you will present and host live casino games in Norwegian while interacting with players through the online platform. Your role is to guide players through the game, communicate clearly and confidently, and help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.Your responsibilities will include:Hosting and presenting live casino games in Norwegian from a professional studio environmentGuiding players through the different stages of the game and explaining what is happeningCreating an engaging, welcoming, and entertaining experience for online playersCommunicating naturally and confidently while working in front of a cameraFollowing game procedures and company guidelines to ensure a professional and consistent experienceWorking closely with an international team in a fast-paced and social environmentContinuously developing your presentation, communication, and engagement skillsYou do not need to be a casino expert before starting.
