This long-standing commitment to financial inclusion and customer-centric solutions offers team members an opportunity to contribute to meaningful socio-economic impact.Role Description The NR Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the South Goa district, responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident (NR) customers. The role includes acquiring new NR clients, understanding their banking and investment needs, and providing suitable products and solutions aligned with regulatory guidelines. The NR Relationship Manager will handle account opening, KYC and documentation, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues. Daily tasks involve monitoring customer portfolios, cross-selling appropriate bank products, tracking service quality, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also includes working closely with branch teams and other internal stakeholders to drive NR business growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with bank policies.Qualifications Proven experience in retail banking or financial services, preferably in NR or affluent customer relationship management.Strong customer relationship and service orientation, with the ability to understand and address diverse financial needs.Sound knowledge of banking products and services relevant to NR customers, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.Ability to work with targets, analyze basic data and customer portfolios, and prepare clear reports and updates.Comfort using core banking systems and digital tools; openness to learning new technology platforms and processes.Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage.High standards of integrity, attention to detail, and readiness to work from the designated branch/office in South Goa district.
