SimplySolved, a leading FTA-accredited outsourced HR, payroll, and compliance partner based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to join our team on a 4-6 month contract, focused on recruitment and talent acquisition.About the roleWe're scaling up our hiring pipeline and need a hands-on recruitment specialist who can hit the ground running — owning end-to-end recruitment for a defined period while our permanent team focuses on other strategic priorities.What you'll do- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementOperate within our ATS and shortlisting platforms to build candidate pipeline- Partner with managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across relevant functions- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing to attract quality candidates- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate communication throughout the process- Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding handover- Provide regular hiring status updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our talent attraction effortsWhat we're looking for- Proven experience as an HR Consultant, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within the UAE market- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and recruitment best practices- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Immediate to short-notice availability for a 4-month engagement- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification is a plusWhy join us- Work with a well-established, FTA-accredited HR and payroll consultancy trusted by businesses across the UAE- Flexible, contract-based engagement suited to experienced HR professionals seeking interim opportunities- Exposure to a variety of industries and hiring challenges- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with a clear scope and defined timelineInterested?If you're a results-driven HR professional who thrives on building great teams, we'd love to hear from you.
