Guided by the motto “We reach you… to care for your health,” Farabi Med is committed to responsive, patient-centered service at competitive prices.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Jiddah. The Nurse will provide high-quality home nursing services, including cannula insertion, IV fluids administration, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities as needed. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and allied health professionals, and documenting all care accurately and in a timely manner. The Nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and health promotion, while adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards. The role also involves coordinating appointments, supporting home sample collection when required, and contributing to continuous improvement of home healthcare services.Qualifications Clinical nursing skills, including cannula insertion, IV therapy administration, vital signs monitoring, and basic wound care.Strong patient assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making abilities.Knowledge of infection prevention, safety protocols, and home care best practices.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Organizational and time-management skills to handle home visit schedules and accurate documentation.Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to provide respectful, culturally sensitive care in patients’ homes.Valid nursing license/registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and completion of an accredited nursing program.Previous experience in home healthcare, community nursing, or acute care is an advantage.Basic proficiency in electronic health record systems and documentation tools.Ability to travel within Jiddah for home visits and work flexible hours as service demands.
