Role Description This full-time Nurse role is an on-site position based at Nova Medical Center in Al Ain. The Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and assisting physicians and specialists during examinations and procedures. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, preparing treatment rooms and equipment, educating patients and families about care plans, and ensuring infection control and safety standards are followed. The Nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care, respond to patient inquiries, and contribute to a comfortable, respectful, and reassuring environment for patients.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.Candidates should possess skills in patient communication, education, and compassionate bedside manner to support diverse patient needs.Candidates should possess abilities in teamwork and collaboration to work effectively with physicians, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.Candidates should possess skills in documentation, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and infection control standards.Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in Nursing) and current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the UAE.Experience in clinic, hospital, or outpatient settings is preferred; prior experience in multidisciplinary medical or dental centers is an advantage.Ability to work full time on-site in Al Ain, with flexibility for shifts as required by patient needs.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset.
