You will support the day-to-day performance and development of our clinical teams, help maintain high standards of care and contribute clinically within our clinics.You will work closely with our clinic and broader leadership teams to ensure our clinicians have the support, resources and direction they need to provide high quality services.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, supporting and developing our nursing and audiology teams across CHG clinicsProviding visible, practical leadership and support to cliniciansMaintaining strong standards of clinical governance, quality and patient careSupporting workforce planning, rostering and day-to-day clinical resourcingSupporting recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of clinical staffWorking closely with the broader clinic leadership team to ensure effective and responsive service deliveryIdentifying opportunities to strengthen clinical processes, consistency and efficiencySupporting the implementation and ongoing review of clinical policies, procedures and standardsBuilding a positive, accountable and supportive team cultureMaintaining an active clinical component as part of the role, delivering services within the clinic alongside the teamAbout YouYou are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading people but does not want to step completely away from clinical practice.You are comfortable moving between supporting your team, solving operational issues and delivering patient care.
