Nurse Manager Critical Care

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on a Nurse Manager Critical Care! Relocation!Performs daily operational responsibilities including ensuring staff scheduled to support census, department has supplies/equipment to care for patients. Assumes responsibility for maintaining a high level of clinical expertise and adapts to new information, technology and changing trends in nursing practice. Is able to function as a clinical resource to maintain a high level of nursing standards. Effective oversight of and delegation of tasks and assignments to appropriate health care team members.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing ProgramBSN preferred2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting: ICU experience requiredLeadership experience as Manager, or other Supervisory roleCurrent BLS certificationACLS certificationBasic EKG/tele interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within 6 months of employment
