Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Manager! Reports directly to Adult Services DirectorOversees 3 cardiac-focused Telemetry/Med-Surg unitsTwo units have 32 beds each; one has 12 bedsUnits are located in three separate hospital towers, all within walking distancePrimary focus is strong operational leadershipResponsible for daily operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, financial performance and patient throughputMust be able to adapt as the hospital and leadership structure continue to evolveSupported by a Med-Surg/Telemetry/DOU Educator

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, MBA) preferred3–5 years acute care RN experience.2–3 years progressive nursing leadership experience.Experience in telemetry and/or medical-surgical acute care required.Strong knowledge of hospital KPIs and regulatory standards.BLS, ACLS and EKG certification required.NE-BC or NEA-BC required within one year of hire.
