Make an Impact on Patient Care.Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership, skilled nursing, and improving patient outcomes?Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Nurse Manager I – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Continuum of Care to help lead clinical teams, strengthen care coordination, and ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care across healthcare settings.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN leader who enjoys developing teams, improving clinical operations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.What You'll DoAs a Nurse Manager I, you'll play an important role in supporting clinical operations, staff development, and quality patient care.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and develop nursing and multidisciplinary care teams.Support skilled nursing and continuum-of-care operations to promote safe, coordinated patient care.Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing resources, and workflow efficiency.Support care transitions and coordination across healthcare settings.Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.Lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance.Support employee development, performance management, and staff engagement.Assist with budget management, operational reporting, and resource planning.Address patient and family concerns while promoting a positive care experience.What We're Looking ForMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical healthcare, business operations, or a directly related field.Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.Minimum 2 years of customer service, member service, or patient service experience.Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license required at hire.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care, Care at Home, or Continuum of Care operations.Experience managing nursing teams or clinical operations.At least 2 years of project/program management or implementation experience.At least 2 years of process improvement experience.Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary care coordination.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary: $133,000–$154,000Potential $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.Kaiser Permanente offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include:Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement plansTuition reimbursementLeadership training and professional developmentCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive, collaborative healthcare teamsActual compensation and benefit eligibility are determined by Kaiser Permanente's applicable policies and offer terms.Position Details
