Job Title: Head Nurse / Ophthalmic Scrub NurseLocation: Al Mankhool, DubaiFacility: Aloka Eye Clinic & Day Surgery Center LLCEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Head Nurse / Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse to join our specialized eye clinic and day surgery center.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the nursing and OT team.Prepare the operating theatre, instruments and consumables.Assist ophthalmologists during eye surgeries and procedures.Maintain the sterile field and follow infection-control protocols.Perform instrument, needle and swab counts.Manage nursing schedules, stock levels and clinical documentation.Ensure compliance with DHA and facility policies.Support patient preparation, recovery and discharge.Maintain emergency medicines, equipment and relevant records.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.Valid DHA licence or DHA eligibility letter.Minimum 2 years of nursing/OT experience in the UAE preferred.Scrub-nurse experience is mandatory.Ophthalmology or day-surgery experience is strongly preferred.Previous Head Nurse or team-lead experience is an advantage.Strong knowledge of sterilization, infection control and OT protocols.Good communication, leadership and documentation skills.Immediate joiners will be preferred.Interested candidates may send their updated CV with the subject: Application – Head Nurse / Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse.
