Ensures the completion of quality improvement activities and implements changes in patient care as indicated by trends in the data.Continually participating in building and maintaining positive working relationships through effective communication, performance improvement and teamwork effortsActing as a leader and contributing to the smooth functioning of the units by de-escalating crisis situations and by providing calm direction and reassurance to staff, other departments and families as needed Accomplishing individual and team goals and objectivesConsistently demonstrating commitment to customer service excellence in all interactions with patients, family members, visitors and other staff Minimum QualificationsThree or more years as an RN, with one or more years managerial experience preferredValid state RN license requiredBSN or enrollment in BSN program requiredBLS is required at hireACLS is required within 6 months of hireCRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements Preferred ExperienceTwo (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.One (1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred.Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process - to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*
