Nurse Supervisor – Mother & Baby Care | Abu Dhabi (Remote)

Health Express is growing its Mother & Baby Care service, and we're looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead our team of newborn caregivers.Our caregivers support new parents through day and night shifts so families get expert care and real rest. You'll make sure every family gets that experience, from the first shift to the last.What you'll do

• Supervise and support our Mother & Baby caregivers across Abu Dhabi
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new caregivers, and keep building a ready pool of profiles
• Plan shift schedules and coverage for new and ongoing clients
• Run quality checks and review daily visit reports (feeding, sleep, bath routines)
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents on service quality and concerns
• Train caregivers on newborn care standards, hygiene, and family communication
• Coordinate daily with our operations and sales teams in DubaiWhat we're looking for
• Nursing background, ideally in neonatal, pediatric, midwifery, or maternal care
• 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year supervising a team
• Based in Abu Dhabi, comfortable working remotely with occasional home visits
• Strong organizational skills and calm, confident communication with parents
