This growth creates meaningful opportunities for nurses and clinical leaders who want to take on greater responsibility and develop their careers in an entrepreneurial healthcare environment.POSITIONOur client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing operations at an outpatient oncology location in Century City. This position is ideal for an RN who has progressed into a Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or similar leadership role and enjoys the operational side of nursing, including scheduling, staffing, employee development, inventory management, and workflow coordination. The Nurse Supervisor will remain clinically capable and serve as backup when needed, but the greatest emphasis is on leadership and administration. Previous clinical research experience is helpful but is not required.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the day-to-day nursing team, including staff scheduling, coverage planning, coaching, annual reviews, onboarding, and trainingCoordinate nursing workflows, staffing needs, supplies, and inventory to keep the outpatient clinic running efficientlyProvide clinical support when needed, including IV infusions, injections, vascular access, port care, and phlebotomyOversee patient care standards, nursing documentation, safety practices, and compliance with applicable healthcare requirementsPartner closely with physicians, research teams, pharmacy, administration, and other departments to resolve operational and patient-care needsHelp improve nursing processes, policies, training programs, and overall team performance as the organization continues to growQUALIFICATIONSActive California Registered Nurse license in good standing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing5+ years of professional nursing experience with at least 1 year of Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or other formal nursing leadership experienceStrong administrative and people-management skills, including experience with scheduling, staffing, performance management, training, and clinic operationsOncology nursing experience is highly preferred; experience in infusion, chemotherapy, biotherapy, or outpatient oncology environments is especially valuableStrong hands-on clinical skills with IVs, injections, phlebotomy, vascular access, and patient monitoringClinical research experience is a plus but is not required; candidates coming from hospital systems, outpatient oncology practices, or infusion settings are encouraged to apply
