Nurse Supervisor - Tissue Bank & Organ Donation

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor - Tissue Bank & Organ Donation to lead and oversee specialized organ donation and tissue banking services. This leadership role is responsible for managing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with transplantation standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving quality and patient safety initiatives.The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree in Nursing, a valid DHA License, and has a minimum of 8 years of nursing experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or management role within Tissue Banking, Organ Donation, or Transplant Services. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, clinical expertise, stakeholder management, and experience in donor coordination programs.Key RequirementsMaster's degree in nursingValid DHA LicenseMinimum 8 years of nursing experienceMinimum 4 years of supervisory/management experienceProven experience in Tissue Bank and Organ Donation ServicesStrong knowledge of transplantation regulations, donor management, and quality standardsExperience leading multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
