Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of CCU operations.You will play a key role in workforce management, staff development, quality improvement, and maintaining excellence in clinical standards. Working collaboratively with Cath Lab, PACU, Day Surgery and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient coronary care performance.What's on OfferPermanent full-time position with a 9-day fortnight rosterCompetitive salary package of $70.04/hr + superannuationSupportive senior leadership team and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to influence operational improvements and staff developmentWork alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams About YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseBachelor of NursingPrevious senior nursing leadership or management experienceStrong experience within operating theatres, preferably in coronary care, patients with acute heart conditions, constant monitoring and specialised medical treatmentDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support nursing teamsExperience managing workforce requirements, labour hours, agency utilisation and performance indicatorsStrong understanding of ACORN Standards, ANZCA guidelines and ACHS National StandardsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skillsProven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellenceFull Australian working rights requiredPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
