Kinder Castle Nursery | Sports City, Dubai, UAEAbout the RoleKinder Castle Nursery is seeking a highly motivated, commercially minded, and exceptional communicator to join our team as a Nursery Administrator – Admissions & Business Development.This is a key front-facing role combining nursery administration, admissions, parent relations, sales and business development.We are looking for someone who understands that every enquiry is an opportunity to build a relationship. The successful candidate will be confident speaking with parents, conducting nursery tours, following up leads and converting enquiries into enrolments, while ensuring the nursery's day-to-day administration is managed to a high standard. This role combines nursery administration, admissions, parent relations, salesKey ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming parent enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-insConduct engaging and professional nursery toursProactively follow up prospective families and convert leads into enrolmentsManage the admissions pipeline from initial enquiry through registrationWork towards agreed enrolment and occupancy targetsDevelop strong relationships with prospective and existing familiesSupport business development, community partnerships and outreach initiativesIdentify new opportunities to generate leads and increase nursery visibilityMaintain accurate parent, student and admissions recordsManage day-to-day nursery administration and correspondenceWork closely with the Nursery Manager and management team on enrolment strategyDeliver an exceptional parent experience at every stage of the journeyThe Person We’re Looking ForCommunication is at the heart of this position.You should be an exceptional communicator — articulate, confident, warm and professional, with the ability to connect naturally with people and build trust quickly.You will ideally have:Outstanding spoken and written EnglishStrong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skillsA proactive and target-driven mindsetConfidence in conducting tours and presenting to prospective parentsExcellent follow-up and lead-management skillsStrong organisational and administrative abilitiesA polished and professional approachThe ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentA genuine passion for customer service and creating an excellent parent experiencePrevious experience in nursery/school admissions, education, business development, sales, hospitality or a premium customer-facing environment in the UAE would be highly advantageous.What Will Make You Stand OutWe are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate that they have previously generated leads, converted enquiries, achieved targets or contributed directly to business growth.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play an important role in the continued growth of Kinder Castle Nursery.If you are organised, commercially driven, exceptional with people and know how to turn a great conversation into a lasting relationship, we would love to hear from you.
