Nursery Manager

We’re Hiring: Farm / Nursery Manager – KuwaitWe are looking for a strong, experienced, and hands-on Farm / Nursery Manager to lead and manage a large-scale commercial nursery and plant production operation in Kuwait.This is a leadership and management position. We are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for nursery operations, build a disciplined team, improve productivity, and establish professional systems and procedures.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage all nursery and farm operations.* Manage plant production from propagation to finished saleable plants.* Develop and monitor production plans, schedules, and targets.* Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, and farm workers.* Monitor plant quality, irrigation, fertigation, pest and disease control.* Control plant movement, inventory accuracy, potting and repotting processes.* Improve productivity and reduce plant losses and production costs.* Ensure proper maintenance of greenhouses, irrigation systems, machinery, and equipment.* Establish clear SOPs, daily work plans, checklists, and reporting systems.* Monitor team performance and hold staff accountable for results.* Provide regular operational and production reports to senior management.Candidate Requirements:* Proven experience managing a commercial nursery, plant production facility, or large agricultural operation.* Previous work experience in GCC countries is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.* Strong leadership and team-management skills.* Strong knowledge of nursery production, propagation, irrigation, fertigation, fertilizers, pesticides, and plant health.* Experience managing large teams and multiple production areas.* Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.* Able to work in the field and closely monitor day-to-day operations.* Experience with inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.* Agricultural degree or relevant qualification preferred.* Good English communication skills.Location: KuwaitPosition: Full-TimeSalary : 800-1000 KWDWe are not looking for someone who only gives instructions.
