Nursery Manager – Dubai, UAESalary: AED 8,500–9,000 per monthWe are looking for a bubbly, proactive, and well-organised Nursery Manager to lead our small, boutique nursery. With just three classrooms and a close-knit team of fewer than 10 staff members, we are seeking someone who enjoys building strong relationships, creating a positive working environment, and maintaining excellent communication with parents and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery.Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.Lead, support, and motivate a small team of educators.Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and nursery policies.Manage KHDA portals, documentation, and regulatory requirements.Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and early years education.Support admissions, parent communication, staff coordination, and administrative tasks.RequirementsCACHE Level 5 qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager.Good knowledge of KHDA regulations and experience handling the KHDA portal.Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.A warm, approachable, energetic, and solution-oriented personality.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is hands-on, approachable, and passionate about early childhood education, and who thrives in a small, family-oriented nursery environment.📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their CV via LinkedIn or email us at careershoneybeecitywalk@gmail.com.
