Nursery Manager Opportunity in Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a qualified, passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of early childhood education, and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for young children.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Education.* CACHE Level 5 qualification.* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.* British Curriculum experience is preferred.* Existing KHDA approval, where applicable, or eligibility to obtain the required approval.* Strong leadership, team management and organisational skills.* Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Good knowledge of early years development, safeguarding, child protection and nursery operations.Key Responsibilities* Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the nursery.* Lead, supervise and support nursery staff to maintain high standards of teaching and care.* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, policies and safeguarding standards.* Promote a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment that supports children’s development.* Monitor curriculum delivery, children’s progress and overall quality standards.* Build positive relationships with parents, staff and relevant stakeholders.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply with their updated CV.Please highlight your qualifications, relevant experience, current location, KHDA approval status and earliest availability.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager.
