Company Description Pixie Wings - Nursery & DayCare is a new inclusive early learning nursery that follows the EYFS British Curriculum, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor activities for children aged 1–5 years. The nursery is located in ElSheikh Zayed and is designed to provide high-quality care and education in a supportive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Role Description The Nursery Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves planning and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS British Curriculum, supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging learning activities, supervising indoor and outdoor play, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment. The Nursery Teacher will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and events, and support additional activities such as camps, therapy sessions, and hobby classes when required.QualificationsStrong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early years or nursery settings.Ability to design age-appropriate Lesson Planning and Training activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members.Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and inclusive classroom practices.Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing, supportive environment.Organizational skills and reliability in managing classroom routines and documentation.Previous experience with activity-based learning, outdoor education, or enrichment
