Teacher / Early Years Educator to plan and deliver engaging learning activities for young children while supporting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.The ideal candidate is warm, patient, creative, and attentive to individual learning needs, with a strong understanding of early childhood development and safe learning practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver age-appropriate early-years learning activities and classroom experiences.Create a welcoming, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children.Support children's social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development.Develop daily and weekly lesson plans based on appropriate early-years learning objectives.Use play-based learning, storytelling, music, art, movement, sensory activities, and practical experiences to encourage learning.Observe children's progress, interests, behavior, and developmental milestones.Maintain appropriate developmental records, learning observations, and progress notes.Adapt activities to accommodate different learning abilities, interests, developmental stages, and individual needs.Encourage positive communication, cooperation, independence, confidence, and respectful behavior.Establish consistent classroom routines and age-appropriate expectations.Supervise children carefully and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized learning environment.Follow safeguarding, child-protection, health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, activities, and general wellbeing.Collaborate with teaching assistants, administrators, specialists, and other educators.Prepare classroom materials, educational resources, displays, activity areas, and learning stations.Organize creative activities, educational games, celebrations, and special learning events.Support children's personal-care routines, including meals, hygiene, rest, and transitions, where required.Identify developmental or behavioral concerns and communicate them through appropriate safeguarding and educational procedures.Maintain accurate attendance, incident, observation, and classroom records.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, curriculum planning, and professional-development activities.Support inclusive learning practices and ensure children are treated fairly, respectfully, and with dignity.Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality regarding children and families.Contribute ideas for improving classroom activities, learning experiences, and early-years programs.Follow school or nursery policies, curriculum requirements, safeguarding standards, and applicable UAE regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in nursery teaching, preschool education, early-years education, or childcare is preferred.Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Hindi, Mandarin, or Russian are advantageous.Warm, patient, responsible, creative, and child-centered approach.Strong classroom-management, communication, observation, and organizational skills.Ability to create engaging activities that encourage learning through play and exploration.Strong understanding of child safeguarding, health, hygiene, and classroom safety practices.Ability to communicate professionally with parents, guardians, colleagues, and school leadership.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital learning platforms, and basic educational technology is advantageous.UAE or GCC early-years education experience is advantageous.Experience working with multicultural classrooms or diverse learning needs is advantageous.CACHE, Montessori, EYFS, PGCE, QTS, or other relevant early-childhood education qualifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working opportunities
